Working days are classed as Monday to Friday (not including Pubic or Bank holidays)
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
We are unable to make deliveries to P.O. or Mail Boxes which also unfortunately includes army bases.
Please note that the below UK locations are only available on a 2 day delivery service which will carry a flat £4.99 delivery charge:

You can collect your click and collect parcel with the DPD pass and 1 form of ID/ or 2 forms of ID, one official photo ID e.g. Passport, and one paper e.g. a utility bill
All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery, however if you are unavailable, re-delivery can be arranged.
UK returns:
• You may return your pair of shoes within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that they are:
1. Unworn
2. Are in their original box & packaging.
• Orders eligible for a Free Return will include a pre-paid Collect+ label in the parcel.
• Fill out your order form ensuring you mark the items you wish to exchange or return with the reasoning code or new size needed.
• Pack the item/s up with the completed form enclosed.
• Attach the return label to the front of your parcel and head to your chosen location.
• You will be given a receipt at your chosen Collect+ drop off location which will include your tracking number of your return. Allow 5 working days from the date of arrival for the return to be processed.
• You can also pay for the return postage if you wish to choose another delivery service.
Please note: Free returns are not applicable on sale items, nor on orders under £50. For those items, delivery will cost £4.49 with our Collect+ Service.

S.W.C Return & Exchange Terms:
We can also only exchange a shoe in sizes but afraid we cannot change styles.
Any shoes returned damaged, worn, without their original packaging or outside the 30-day period are accepted at the discretion of Stepney Workers Club. Therefore, should you think you may wish to return any item, please ensure that you keep the original packaging and invoice that the order arrived with.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you're an international customer and you wish to return your parcel, please refer here for instructions on how to do so. Please note that we are unable to exchange orders for a different size. You will need to return your original order and place another order in the new size.
